Shipping policy

Processing time

We typically process and ship in-stock orders within 7 business days of the order date. It can take slightly longer during holidays, and pre-orders may take longer.

Carrier and delivery time

We ship with UPS Ground from our Florida warehouse. Transit time depends on how far you are from the warehouse. Most customers receive their boxes within 2–3 weeks of the order date.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders within the USA.

Multiple items

Most boxes ship separately, but orders with multiple items may be shipped together.

Tracking

You'll receive tracking information by email when your box is on its way.

We currently ship within the USA only.

Lost packages

All boxes are insured. If your order is lost in the mail, email info@fundelivered.store with your order number and file a claim directly with the mail carrier.
