Is this legal?

Yes, millions of packages every day are unclaimed, or deemed undeliverable for reasons such as a wrong address, no forwarding address, being delivered to the wrong address, or just simply never picked up from the postal carrier in the given time frame. Along with customer returns, these packages are not general mail. They are a collection of return-to-sender packages from various online retailers for the above reasons, and therefore the property of those companies.

Why do you not offer returns or refunds on your mystery boxes?

Part of the experience of our mail mystery boxes is opening items that are unknown to us. Once these packages are opened, that experience can no longer be experienced by anyone else. Therefore, all sales are final, and we do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges.

What happens if ironically, my order gets lost in the mail?

All of our boxes are insured, so if this happens, don’t worry! Send us an email at info@fundelivered.store with your order number to let us know, and make sure to file a claim directly with the mail carrier.

What kind of things do people typically find in their mystery boxes?

While the packages typically contain completely random things, previous customers have found just about anything and everything. These items include but are not limited to: Electronics like wireless headphones, computer accessories, phones, gadgets, adult items, LED lights, and signs, books, records, toys and games, clothing items and accessories, jewelry, shoes, beauty products, personalized items, fad gift items, tools, home décor, and much more.

When will I receive my order?

We typically process and ship all in stock orders within 7 business days of the order date but can take slightly longer during holidays. (preorders may take longer). We utilize UPS Ground to ship our boxes. UPS transit time depends on how far you are located from our FL warehouse. While most boxes are shipped separately, orders with multiple items may be shipped together. Most customers receive their boxes within 2-3 weeks from the order date. If you need your order for a specific date, please email us. You will receive tracking info when your box is headed your way!
